Biellese committee against the construction of nuclear power plants

It is Monday, May 17, at the headquarters of "Open Space" in Tolland, gc, the Committee Biellese against the construction of nuclear power plants.
The meeting was attended by over thirty people and some city councilors and the mountain community.
The Committee is built on the willingness of some Biella they consider necessary to inform the citizens on the nuclear option made by the Italian Government, and the risks that the construction of nuclear power plants will also result in Biella in Piedmont.
the Organising Committee have joined people from diverse cultural, social and political life.
The nuclear issue has until now been dealt with very superficial and very few people know fully all risks related to construction, operation and death of a nuclear power plant.
The Committee is open to anyone who wants to join, promote a widespread information campaign starting from the experience of the reality of the Triune near Vercelli, and Saluda.
There are too many unanswered questions related to the decision to build nuclear power plants:
-Would anyone be able to say how they will dispose of nuclear waste?
-Does anyone know the number of states that hold the uranium stocks?
-Does anyone know how much it costs to build, manage and dispose of a nuclear plant?
-Does anyone know why in America there are individuals willing to build nuclear power plants? Does anyone know how much waste-
Nuclear plants are stored in Piedmont?
-Does anyone know what the technology is old purchase from France?

Many other applications and questions related to this choice, contrary to the will of the people who had clearly demonstrated through popular referendum.
The Committee believes that proper choices so heavy pass against the will of the territories concerned.
addition, the Committee will promote awareness of alternative energy sources that do not involve risk or to the environment or to humans.
It will promote a serious debate, not ideological.
The next meeting at the headquarters "Open Space" in Tolland, will be held Monday, May 24 to 21, and will aim to distribute the tasks for carrying out the activities of the committee.
scheduling will then attend the first meetings to which speakers were very qualified to illustrate our ideas and to answer questions from those present. It starts
definitely a very challenging job for us, is our civic duty.
In the coming days we will give information on joining the Committee by providing the necessary contacts.
